Shipping Information

All my items are shipped via the Royal Mail, please allow 1-2 weeks for production/shipping. If you would like your item sent via a different courier, do get in touch before ordering. Please note that once posted I have no control over the delivery time and orders from outside the UK may incur an import/customs fee. 

Unfortunately as of December 2024 I have paused deliveries to the EU and Northern Ireland due to new customs regulations that are prohibitively expensive. I’m working on a way around this and hope to open up orders to these countries soon. In the mean time I’m so sorry to those customers who live in the EU and NI.

UK (not including Northern Ireland) — from £2.50
International (not including EU)  – from £12 depending on item size. 1-2 week estimate

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns, please just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery

If you want to cancel or amend and order please get in touch with me as soon as possible, once I have started the work I cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Items on sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
