Shipping Information

All my items are shipped via the Royal Mail, please allow 1-2 weeks for production/shipping.

Please note that once posted I have no control over the delivery time and orders from outside the UK may incur an import/customs fee. 

UK — from £2.50
Europe — from £8 , depending on item size. 1-2 week estimate
International – from £12 depending on item size. 1-2 week estimate

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, please just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery

I’m unable to accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Items on sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
